Q1. What is the Kwarius platform about?

A. The Kwarius platform is basically a platform that brings sellers/retailers and buyers together. Our focus is providing sellers, retailers, and merchants with the tools, features and information to help them make more sales. For additional info, check out our About page.

Q2. Who handles the delivery of my items when I purchase on the platform?

A. The seller of the particular item handles the delivery of that item to the buyer when it is purchased. The platform has a messaging feature for buyers and sellers to discuss the best way to deliver the items

Q3. Is there a cash-on-delivery payment plan?

A. No. Payment for items are made on the website, the payment is held in escrow until the item(s) is/are delivered and the buyer confirms delivery

Q4. What are the returns and refund policies?

A. Items are to be returned to the seller within three (3) days from the delivery day, must be in the same condition and packaging and contain all accessories, tags, labels or freebies as when they were delivered. Once items are returned, a ticket should be raised on the platform notifying us and your refund will be credited in your wallet account on your dashboard within 5 business days after an investigation. You can make another purchase using the refund in your wallet or request for a transfer to your bank account

A. Yes, you can the status of your order on the platform from the moment you place your order.

Q6. As a retailer / seller, what features on the platform will help me sell more?

A. The platform has survey and emailing features, plus tips and information that helps you get more customers and increase your sales. We are also working to add more features as our main goal is to help you sell more.

Q7. How else can I earn on the platform?

A. The platform has a robust referral system for both individuals/buyers and sellers/retailers/merchants to earn generous referral commissions from sales and subscriptions when they refer other sellers/retailers. And you can earn from your downlines, up to the second level. Please note that commissions are earned only from sellers / merchants and only when they make sales or subscribe.

A. Yes, the platform offers premium services that enables you to promote your items more and sell much faster.

Q9. How can I buy or sell on Kwarius?

A. To buy items on the kwarius platform, earn referral and sales commissions, other cash rewards and offers, register as an Individual. To sell on the kwarius platform, earn additional revenue from referral and sales commissions, receives tips and clues on how to get more customers and sell more, etc., register as a Merchant.
